Is part of the owners house, being a studio flat with it's own entrance, situated in a quiet position close to the centre of Ambleside.  There is ample parking and gardens with your own sitting out area.  It is equipped with a double bed and comfortably furnished with a small kitchen, including a microwave, fridge and toaster. 

The flat is available all year round.  Jill and David are very happy to advise on walks, amenities, restaurants etc. in the area.
